Compliance status
www.hotel-seelust-duhnen.de strives to make its website and services accessible in accordance with national and European accessibility legislation, in particular Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

Arbitration procedure
If you are not satisfied with the response from the above contact option, you can submit an application to the arbitration board set up by the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities in Lower Saxony to initiate arbitration proceedings in accordance with the Lower Saxony Disability Equality Act (NBGG). The arbitration board pursuant to Section 9 d NBGG has the task of settling disputes between persons with disabilities and public authorities in Lower Saxony on the subject of accessibility in IT. The arbitration procedure is free of charge. Legal assistance is not required.
